MailChimp on iCRM

iEnterprise CRM facilitates an easy way to manage and track your MailChimp campaigns.   All templates, campaign statistics are still hosted by MailChimp.  iCRM just makes them accessible to other teams. They do not have to have individual MailChimp accounts but they can build lists, run campaigns and check for statistics of any contact or lead.

Building the list can also be automated with option to Move (delete from iCRM if desired) or Copy Leads or Contacts to MailChimp.

Monitoring a campaign

1.  Select Contacts or Leads Module from the Object Navbar.

2.  To check by List/Audience,

     a.  Open a contact record or lead and click on the MailChimp tab.

     b.  Click on the List button, number indicates how many lists the contact/lead is included.

     c.  Expand List you want to see. Here you will see some information:

          Which campaign used this list.  When it was sent.  When it was opened.  Open rate and click rate.

3.  To check by Campaign,

Scheduled Campaigns are not yet available for viewing.

     a.  Open a contact or lead record and click on the MailChimp tab.

     b.  Click on the Campaign button, number indicates how many campaigns the contact/lead is included.

     c.  On the Campaign Name drop-down, select a campaign.

     d.  Select a Filter,

          For example, Email Activity lists a summary of the campaign and some other analytics like averages.

or, Campaign details which shows statistics pertaining to that campaign.

          While Opened, lists the recipients and whether or not they opened the email.


Soon to come  .... Summary can be accessed from outside contact record.
