The Helpdesk Module is used to store service tickets. Depending on your organization's industry, this can be used as a source for users to enter customer complaints, issues or requests, as well as be used for internal troubleshooting.
A notification work-flow can be setup by using the emailing action of the Record Automation. This automation can be setup to send automated emails to involved individuals or set field values.
