Activities

The Activities module is where actions and activities are stored when associated to an Account, Contact, Opportunity or Tickets. 

Sorted lists in Activities are separated in to My Activities, which related to the active user logged in to the CRM, and All Activitiesthat shows activities that the user have at least view privileges to.

Activity logs are also stored here separated as My Activity Logs and All Logs.

E-mail and E-mail Merge activities are also created as logs and saved in this module. This is useful as it logs details such as invalid emails, sent emails, mailing exclusions, and email details. Furthermore, attachments from external emails via the Connectors and iEnterprise CRM mail activity are now accessible from the logs.

When an automation runs, a log is created to provide additional tool for monitoring processes. Logs can be viewed on Activities > All Logs and activity type is Process Logs.
