MailChimp Campaign
Running a MailChimp Campaign is now easily accessible from the Contacts and Leads module.
Prerequisites
- You have availed of the Unlimited version.
- MailChimp Integration is Enabled. Click here for MailChimp Integration steps.
- MailChimp is Connected
- Templates exits on MailChimp
- Lists are already built and available. Click for steps on How to Create List.
How to run a Campaign
1. Go to Contacts or Leads Module from the Object Navbar.
2. Click on MailChimp button from the Action bar.
3. Select "Create Campaign" from the dropdown. Campaign dialog box opens.
4. Select a "List" from the List dropdown.
Right panel displays list details like subscriber count etc.
5. Click a Template displayed at the bottom part to select it.

6. Click on Next button.
a. Enter Campaign Name.
b. Enter Subject.
c. Enter a different From Name, if desired.
d. Enter a different From Email, if desired.
8. Click on Next button.
9. Enter a email address to do the Send Test to.
it is recommended that you send a Test Email for your campaign.
10. Click on Send Test button.
Status indicates that test email as been sent. Check your email to confirm and see if you want to change anything.
11. There are 2 options to Send,
a. Click on Send button, to send at once.
The email is sent. Click on Close button to close the wizard.
b. Click on Schedule button and set fields.
1. Select a Delivery Date.
2. Select a Specific Time.
3. Click on Schedule Campaign button. Click on Close button to close the wizard.
12. You may now monitor your campaign from iCRM.
