Enable Email Sync
This feature enables the user to track emails that he got from an existing Contact or Lead.
The user also has the option to permanently add the email to that contact and the email will be associated as an Activity log.
The Administrator needs to set this on the Integration Settings. If enabled, it will be available on the User profile.
Unlimited Version
Automatic Sync Emails to iCRM is only available on the Unlimited Version
How to Enable Email Sync
1. Click Setup from the Toolbar and select Global Settings.
2. Click Integrations on the left panel.
3. On the Email Integration tab,
Select the checkbox "Enable Email Sync"
4. If you want all emails to be synced to iCRM,
Select the checkbox "Automatically Sync Emails to iEnterprise CRM".
5. Click Save.
