Leads

The Leads module allows organizations to separate prospects or leads from customers and\or vendors. The Leads module makes it possible to keep the leads separate until they have been qualified. Upon qualification, they may be converted to the Contacts module. 

The Leads form may look like the Contacts form with the addition of some company-related information.

On conversion, iEnterpriseCRM will check for the existence of the same account name and will allow this Lead to be associated. Otherwise, an Account record and a Contacts record are created.

If the account already exists, the created Contact and all associated records should follow the privileges already set on the original account record, otherwise the created Contact and all associated records should follow the privileges set on the original Lead record.

Activities can already be associated to a Lead Record.

Leads like the Contacts Module has built-in functions that can be used to better manage correspondence and other marketing initiatives like E-mail Merge and MailChimp Campaigns.
