Here are some of iCRM's more notable recent enhancements.  We have provided links to the user guides for each new feature.  If you are already using iCRM, these features are already available to you.

1.  Introduction Engine  -  Make frictionless introductions between your contacts using a handy template.

2.  Email Connector for Gmail - Enables you to: Log select emails to/from your contacts/leads, Add contacts/leads/accounts directly from your mailbox, Associate emails to other objects like opportunity.

3.  Recurring Revenue Management  (or Subscriptions) - Gives you the flexibility to Addon or Renew sales for your subscription products.

4.  Discount Rules for Products - Allows you to set Discount rules depending on Quantity, Account Name and Other.  There is also an option to compute using percentage or a fixed price.

5.  Pipeline Views (for Leads and Opportunities) - Gives you a visual view of where your Leads and Opportunities are on its sales or qualifying stage.  Allows you to easily move them from one stage to another.

6.  Multiple Quote Templates - Enables you to customize quote templates if required by your business.

7.  Multiple Dashboard - Gives your users the ability to build their own Dashboard according to their preference.  Also, the calendar view can be customized to view your own calendar entries, calendar entries for all, or a set of users.  This is very handy for team leaders.

8.  Automatic Follow-ups (via Automation) - This can be setup so that you will be notified to contact or follow up with new leads or contacts, when a sales stage is reached.

9.  Native Email-merge - There is an HTML editor where you can build templates. Just attach an HTML file that you can use to send Emails to a mailing list or selected users on the view.

10.  Import from Other CRMs (CSV file and MailChimp) - Enables you to easily build your Accounts/Contacts/Leads list. Also available for all the other modules.

11.  Sync Contacts and Calendars using the iCRM MacApp version - The MacApp version allows you to have easy access to your iCRM.  Enables you to add/update your contact list or calendar from your Mac Contacts and Calendar.

12.  Customizable Reports and Exports to .CSV/PDF/HTML - Your users can easily create their own reports with a chart that can be printed or exported to different formats.
