Integration

• Alexa Skills  -  Always on the frontline of innovation, iEnterprise CRM now ships with support for voice control integration with your Amazon Echo device.
• Email Integration  - On the Contacts and Leads module, you now can see emails showing formatted email content and attachments. You have the option to show the most recent emails from the last 2 weeks from any folder.  You may provide IMAP server details from Gmail or Outlook.com.
• Update Invoice notification email -  When you create a QuickBooks invoice on iCRM, an email is sent to the notification email address on your QuickBooks Integration setting.  Email included a link to the invoice created.

Automation

• Quick Links in Related Lists - Automation Quick Links can now be seen on Related list tab making it easy to run process for related records.

Imports

• Import from SugarCRM - If you have valid credentials, you may Import Accounts, Contacts, Opportunity, Leads and other records from your SugarCRM to iCRM

Data Entry

• Quick Create field setting -  Creating new associated records are made easier by the ability to set any field from the module to be shown on Quick Create dialog box.

Reports

• Include Parent module fields  - Any fields from the associated parent record can be accessed and be displayed.
• Line items -  Opportunity and Subscription module reports is more useful with this detail.
