Introduction Engine

This little but very helpful application from iEnterprises is also included as a prime feature of iEnterprise CRM.

For growth or marketing strategies, any business may need to be able to make connections between their leads.  Some may do this more often than others.

Introduction engine provides you with a simple template to making this repetitive process to be less time consuming and more organized.   All your introductions will be filed with your Lead records. This way you are being made aware if you have already sent out introduction emails between these leads, minimizing what could be awkward and annoying reactions.

One of the great features is that Introduction Engine will first send an email to your contact if they will consent to being introduced.  Only if they accept that the email is sent.  This makes the process more respectful and well thought-out.

How to access Introduction Engine

1.  Click Introduce icon from the Toolsbar and he Introduction wizard opens

2.  On the To this person field, either

a. Select from the dropdown

b. Toggle to Create New radio button to add a new Lead record

Enter Name

Enter Email Address

3.  Select Requires Acceptance checkbox.  This sends an email to this person first before the Introduction email is sent.

4.  Enter any description for this person.

5.  Click Next button and the next page opens.

6.  On the To this person field, either

a. Select from the dropdown

b. Toggle to Create New radio button to add a new Lead record

Enter Name

Enter Email Address

7.  Enter any description for this person.

8.  Click Next button and the next page opens.

9.  Review the created Introduction Subject and body of the email being sent to the first recipient.  You may edit as preferred.  The default wordings is from a template.

8.  Click Next button and the next page opens.

9.  Review the created Introduction Subject and body of the email being sent to the second recipient.  You may edit as preferred.  The default wordings is from a template.

10.  Click on Send Introduction button.  Confirmation page displays.
