Overview

There are thirteen modules that are included in an iEnterprise CRM installation. These are : 

  • Accounts
    The main module, stores all Company-related information in your CRM application, such as account type, website, industry and sales potential. iEnterprise CRM also provides account-based security and this is setup per account record.
  • Contacts
    This module stores all Contact-related information in your CRM application, such as contact type, email address, mobile phone and job title.
  • Leads
    This module can be used as a repository for your prospects that are not yet certified customers, thereby keeping the main Contacts module uncluttered. Company-related information is also included in the Leads form. The action to converting leads to contact is also on this module.
  • Activities
    This serves as the central repository for all activities associated to accounts, contacts, opportunities, tickets and other modules. Logs for email merges and sent mails are also stored here.
  • Opportunities
    This is the opportunity management module. It provides lists used for display and analysis of opportunities entered.
  • Products
    The Product module can be used to create and list products offered by the company. It can then be used for line items if Opportunity Module is enabled.
  • Helpdesk
    The Helpdesk database allows an organization to track and associate service tickets with contacts, organizations and opportunities.
  • Library
    The Library module is used for the creation and filing of documents and attachments within iEnterprise CRM. It is typically used to create documents and store them against contacts and accounts so as to track the documents related to the account or contact.
  • Call Reports
    The Call Reports database can be used by the organization to record and track engagements or activities with their customers.
  • Events
    Events is another module that can be used for Marketing purposes such as invites. Event details can be built on this module and then be referenced on another module such as Contacts where the event fields are set. 
  • Registration
    This Web Registrations module can be used to enable easy registration of prospects and Contacts/Leads Management.
  • Subscription
    iCRM provides a Subscription module that you can set to handle your company's Recurring Revenue Management.
  • Custom
    This Custom Module can be configured as needed. Basic system and association fields are built any field can be added as needed. It can also has its own icons and labels. .

Setup

This Module is only open to the Administrator of iEnterprise CRM for the organization. Module setup and availability, Language preferences, User profile management, Automation management, Import Settings and many more critical processes are all housed in this module.


Unlimited Edition

Call Reports, Events, Subscription, Registrations and Custom modules can be accessed only with the purchase of the Unlimited Edition.
