QuickBooks Integration

iEnterprise CRM provides QuickBooks integration which enables you to sync your QuickBooks Account and Products to iCRM.  You can also setup that an Invoice be created for a Won Opportunity.

Your sales representative who are iCRM users will be able to see QuickBooks transactions of their customers even without having a QB account.

This is a good feature for recurring revenue transactions.


It is assumed that you already have an active QuickBooks account.

Customer or Account ID and Product ID must match between iCRM and QuickBooks for seamless integration. 

How to enable QuickBooks

1.  Click Setup icon from the Toolsbar and select Integrations.

2.  Click on the  QuickBooks Settings tab. 

3.  Click Enable QuickBooks Integration checkbox.

4.  Notice that "Connect with QuickBooks" button now displays.

Notice Status is "Currently not authenticated with QuickBooks"

5.  Click Save button if you want to do the connection later or continue steps below. (Start with step 2)

6.  iCRM is now ready to Connect to QuickBooks


How to connect to QuickBooks

1.  Click Setup icon from the Toolsbar and select Integrations.

2.  On the QuickBooks Settings tab, click Connect button.  

3.  The QuickBooks Authorization page opens, scroll down and click on the Connect button.

4.  On the QuickBooks login page that opens, enter your QuickBooks Username and Password.

5.  Click Sign in button.

6.  If there is another authorization page between iCRM and Quickbooks that opens, click Authorize button.

7.  Note that the connection info is updated.

8.  Status is updated to "Connected". 

9.  Enter email address on the Invoice Notification field, if desired.

10.  Click Save button.

11. Your iCRM is now integrated with QuickBooks.


iCRM and QuickBooks integration aims to help you manage communications with your Leads and Customers up to creating an Invoice for them. Then have transactions on QB to be viewable from iCRM for that specific customer. Functions like payments, accounting and reporting must be done on QB as this involves more confidential and secured transactions.
