Enable Contact Sync

The Administrator needs to set this on Sync Setting. If enabled, the other users may enable this option to sync their own Email Contacts.

The Email Connector panel is very simple and uncluttered. It is implemented to blend with the look and feel of Outlook. 


Manage Contact Sync Setting

The connector opens only when you select any message:

1.  Click on  Other Tools > Automatic Sync from the Connector sidebar.  The iSync Server Settings opens.

2. Click on the Sync Settings

3. Click on the Contacts tab.

4. Click “Enable Contact Sync” and the Contacts Integration section will open .

5. Select the “Sync Direction”

6. Select the “CRM Entity to Sync”

7. Click “Save”

This now is the setting for all your users using the Contact Sync.

After this, each user need to click “Automatic Sync” from their Outlook to setup their credentials.
