Enable Calendar Sync
This feature enables the user to view meeting schedules from their calendar application directly from iCRM.
The Administrator needs to set this on the Integration Settings. If enabled, it will be available on the User profile.
Currently, sync is only one way to iEnterprise CRM.
Unlimited Version
Automatic Sync Calendar to iCRM is only available on the Unlimited Version
How to Enable Calendar Sync
1. Click Setup from the Toolsbar and select Global Settings.
2. Click Integrations on the left panel.
3. On the Calendar tab,
Select the checkbox "Enable Calendar Sync"
4. On the"Automatically Sync Calendar to iEnterprise CRM",
a. Select "Sync Related", to sync only calendar entries with existing Contacts or Lead.
b. Select "Sync All", to sync all calendar entries.
5. Click Save.
Recommended Next Step
The Calendar Integration fields are now available on the User Profile.
