Enable Email Sync

The Administrator needs to set this on Sync Setting. If enabled, the other users may enable this option to sync their own Emails.


Manage Email Sync Setting

The connector opens only when you select any message:

1.  Click on Other Tools > Automatic Sync from the Connector sidebar.  The iSync Server Settings opens.

2. Click on the Sync Settings

3. Click on the Mail tab.

4. Click Enable Email Sync and the Email Integration section will open.

5. On Incoming/Outgoing Emails - select the direction of the email sync.

6. On Internal emails - select whether to sync internal emails or not.

  • Do not Sync -  to/from emails with the same domain as the user will not be uploaded

7.  On Related Emails - Select how to link the email.

  • Sync Related - the email is uploaded/linked if sender is a lead or a contact
  • Sync Marked Thread only - the email is only uploaded/linked if the email is manually marked on the outlook connector

8. Click Save.

This now is the setting for all your users using the Email Sync.

After this, each user need to click "Other Tools > Automatic Sync" from their Outlook to setup their credentials.
