Each user in iEnterprise CRM is given an individual account.
iEnterprise CRM administrator assigns account log in information – a user name and password – to every user.
If a correct user name and password combination is not provided when logging - in, system will not allow access to the application.
The user also needs to be an identified Active on his User Profile, or else the login will not work.
User login identifies the privileges, restrictions and preferences for each user in the system.
