Set Contacts Integration

To be able to fetch the contacts,

Contact Integration must be enabled on Global Settings > Integration. If not, please refer to Enable Contact Integration step.

How to Set Contacts Integration details

1.  Click User Information icon on the Tools bar.

2.  Click Open User Profile link.

3.  When form is open, click Edit.

4.  Click Contacts Integration tab

5.  Select Enable Contacts Integration checkbox.

6.  On the Provider dropdown, select a provider .

7.  Click Connect.

8.  Choose an account that you want to use, in case there are multiple accounts active.

9.  Enter Password.  This is the password for your mailbox.

10.  Prompt box displays asking you to Allow iCRM to access your contacts, click Allow button.

11.  Screen refreshes and status says "Contacts Connected".

14. Click Save.
