Invite Users

An administrator can build the iCRM user list easily by sending an Invite to his colleagues provided by how many licenses is available.  Once an invite is sent, the receiver will have the form to enter his own information.  


Inactive users are not counted.

Pending Invites are counted.

How to Send Invite:

1.  Click Setup from the Toolsbar.

2.  Click on User Settings > Manage Users.

3.  Click Invite Users button. The Invite User form opens.

4.  On the User Information tab,

Select a Designation.

5.  Type email addresses of the users (this will be their iCRM username).

Assumption is that they have the same Designation.  If they do not have the same designation, then send separate Invites.

6.  On the Security Settings tab, you may already set securities or leave it for later.

7.   Click Send Invitations button.

8.   Click Close button on the confirmation page.

9.   On the Pending Invites tab, you will note the list of users.

The new users should get an email.
