Opportunities

iEnterprise CRM provides multi-currency features. Each user has a default currency that can be set up on their profile. Value, cost and computed profit are converted to the users' selected currency. The list, however, are presented using the default currency on the Company Configuration record.

Opportunity can be associated to a Contact and Account or just to an Account.

A Quote template can be setup. A pdf is generated that can then be sent to customers.

If QuickBooks is integrated, an Invoice can also be generated from Opportunity.

An additional function is the ability to add Account to QuickBooks via Invoice creation.
