Install Skills
To be able to use the iCRM Skills, you have to have a valid user id and password with iEnterprise CRM.
If you don't have it yet, please click to: Register for a Free Trial (Note that a complete registration is needed to setup a Free Trial instance.)
For more details, here is a link to our Quick Start page to easily start you up with iEnterprise CRM.
It is assumed that your Alexa enabled-device such as Echo is already setup.
Additionally, browser pop-up must be allowed to be able to link to Alexa Skill.
How to install iCRM Skills
1. Go to https://alexa.amazon.com
2. Login with your Amazon account.
3. Click on Skills, search for iCRM. Alternatively, here is a direct link to iCRM Skills.
4. On iCRM Skills page, click Enable button. (You have to be signed-in to your Alexa Account to see the Enable button.)
5. Click Link Account button
6. Link the iCRM skill to Alexa by signing-in to iEnterprise CRM login page. Allow pop-ups to do this.
7. iCRM Authorize page opens, click Allow button to continue. Link successful page opens.
8. Say "Alexa Launch iCRM" and use iCRM Skills to get information and update some records on iCRM though your device.
Additionally,
1. Also use the skills in an Alexa enabled app like Amazon Shopping App. For reference https://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html?docId=1000625601
2. Install and launch the app and login with your Amazon account again.
3. Invoke Alexa by holding on the circle on the screen and say "Alexa Launch iCRM". Here is a link to the iCRM Skills.
