To enable Lotus Notes Connector, the user must be activated first.

Enable/Disable can be done from view level using the buttons marked Enable or Disable, or can be changed in each user record. 

 

Disabling a user will hide the connector feature from their mail database, and they will not be able to use the connector features.Enabling a user will allow them to use the connector again.

 

After making these changes, you will need to then click on the Update All button to update the changes to the selected mail files.
