Lotus Notes Connector (Enterprise Version)
The Enterprise Version of the connector provides the ability to centrally control user settings. From the administration control panel, you can:
- Add user(s) to use the connector.
- Enable / Disable connector for users.
- Perform Calendar / Task sync for users.
- Perform license activation for users.
- Deactivate users to free up licenses.
- Update CRM settings of all users.
Before you install:
- The Admin database cannot be used to install the Lotus Notes Connector plug-in to the user’s mail file. This will still need to be done using the Connector installer or deployed via a mail template.
- The Admin database Administrators must have at least Designer access to user’s mail files in order to use the functions in the Admin database.
- A minimum version of LNC Client 4.2 is required before adding users to the V2.0 Admin database.
