PAB Sync
Allows the Administrator to set Personal Name and Address Book synchronisation for each user.
- Click on the PAB Sync button Sync -> One Way – Synchronisation will be set from CRM to Notes only. Changes from CRM will be synced to the corresponding contact in the PAB. Updates made in the PAB will not be synched to CRM.
- Click on the PAB Sync button Sync -> Two Way – Synchronisation will be enabled both ways. Update from CRM will be synced to Notes and updates from PAB will be synced to CRM.
- Click on the PAB Sync button Sync -> User Preference – Allows the user to set their preference in the LNC Settings.
