Update All Option
Selecting Update All will perform the following actions:
- Pushes details entered in user record to the User's mail file such as Status, Calendar / Task Sync preferences and Personal Address Book (PAB) Sync preferences.
- Enable the LNC plug in the user's mail file after activation.
- Pushes Associations and Selection Box fields to user's mail file if Admin Config is enabled in the user document.
- Note. "Update All" and the Server agent, "Update Plugin Users" perform the same function.
- If not all users require an update, you can select the required users first and click on Update All – Mark Users, then select Update Users.
Note. You will need to select users first then click on Mark Users before selecting Update Users.
Note. Whenever making changes to association and other configurations, users should close notes and restart notes to remove any caching if they can't see the configuration changes.
