Dashboard -  Each user can configure his/her personal page using Dashlets such as Favorites, Followups, Calendar, Local Weather and Charts from all modules that he has access to.  

Calendar - A Calendar widget is created as another tool to make it easier for you to keep track of your Activities. Open Activities, Follow-ups and Opportunities that the user own are displayed.

Custom Widgets - Users with Administrative rights can add or create Custom Widgets that can be used by other users.   These can be added on the dashboard, Pinned or displayed on open of record.

Customize Appearance - The application ships with a pleasing albeit neutral color scheme.  Admins can now modify colors on the Navbar and Sidebar to add more personalization.

Pipeline Views - iCRM added a new data display for Opportunity and Leads that can help you visualize the status of your engagement with your existing opportunities and leads.

Email Integration - This feature enables the user quick access to recent emails from an existing Contact.  He is also given an option to permanently add the email to the CRM contact as an Activity log.
