Integration

• Email and Calendar Integration with Exchange Server -  iCRM continue to add extended integration support with many email and calendar applications.

Opportunity Module Enhancement

• Multiple Quote Templates-  Available on Opportunity, when you Create or Send a Quote, there is a dialog box that lets you choose which quote you want to use for that particular transaction.
• Won or Lost button - Easier access to close an Opportunity.

Product Module Enhancement

• Discount Rules  - Allow multiple condition in a single discount rule.
• Product Pricing Type - Ability to set different pricing options for subscription product.

Navigation

• Set Default Module -  Be able to designate which module opens every time a user logs in to iCRM.
