Custom Module
iEnterprise CRM comes with default set of Core modules and an additional Custom Module which can be configured as needed. An example is a Call Report that can be used to track sales representative visits or interaction with customers.
It still follows the accounts/contacts association rules and security rules. Custom form can have as much as 50 user-defined fields per field types. As with the other modules, field property can be setup as needed. Searches and sorting on main lists can be set.
Unlike the core modules, custom modules can have its own icons and labels. Previously, the first text field for custom module is automatically considered the main field that is used for duplicate checking and the main field on the list. Starting with version 4.5, this has been made more flexible by allowing the administrator to choose one main field from the first 5 text user-defined-fields.
Creating a record is just the same as in the other modules.
