Exporting Device Messages

To export a set of device messages to an Excel spreadsheet:

  1. In the Navigation Menu, select Utility then Configuration Tools.
  2. When prompted, enter a MySQL username and password that has been configured using the iEnterprise Mobile Installer.
  3. At the Top of the Configuration Tools menu are the Import Device Messages and Export Device Messages buttons:
    1. Select Export Device Messages.
    2. A file will be saved to your local machine. It is named DeviceMessages_XXX.xls where XXX=Language code currently configured.
