iEnterprise Mobile™ uses a client/server architecture, allowing information from your Data Source to be retrieved, updated and stored on a mobile client device and on your host server. Both online and offline access are fast and easy. The screen can easily accommodate information that is job specific, customized to meet your needs.
iEnterprise Mobile™ is designed to increase the productivity of mobile users by providing the tools that they need. These tools are customizable and can include the following:
- Offline mobile support for provision of Data Source-held information, for example; account details, account contact information, prospect size, previous account interactions, leads, opportunities and sales order information. The information that is exchanged between the iEnterprise Mobile™ application and your Data Source is fully customizable.
- Keeping track of mobile users customer related activity; updating records in the Data Source with details of telephone calls, letters, emails and meetings.
- Ability to update the Data Source and create new records from a mobile client device. If supported by the Data Source, iEnterprise Mobile™ also allows users to delete records.
