Viewing Detailed Data Stored on Mobile Devices

You can view detailed information about individual records using the Handheld Data menu in the Admin application. Data is grouped into a the list of modules set up in the iEnterprise Mobileā„¢ Admin application.

You can use the Handheld Data feature to:

  • Check which individual records are stored on a users device.
  • Check how the record was downloaded.
  • Check if a record has been delivered successfully.
  • Check which devices a particular record has been delivered to.
  • View record details.
