Viewing Detailed Data Stored on Mobile Devices
You can view detailed information about individual records using the Handheld Data menu in the Admin application. Data is grouped into a the list of modules set up in the iEnterprise Mobile™ Admin application.
You can use the Handheld Data feature to:
- Check which individual records are stored on a users device.
- Check how the record was downloaded.
- Check if a record has been delivered successfully.
- Check which devices a particular record has been delivered to.
- View record details.
