Module List with No Owner Field Set

  • This screen displays modules that have no fields marked as an OWNER field. An OWNER field is required if you plan to distribute new records/updates based on who owns the record, you need to define which field the owner is stored in. An owner field is not required in all cases, only when you plan to distribute records using a "pass to owner" rule. 
  • If no field was mapped from your data source to store the owner, you can map a new field using "Navigate to", then "Field mapping" to select the module and map a new field. You can set an existing field as an OWNER field by selecting "Navigate to" in the top left and selecting "Field properties". Select the module you wish to define an owner field within, select a field and choose OWNER in the 'Type' column. 
  • Once an owner field is selected, navigate back to the list of modules with no owner by selecting
