Resetting the Swift Meap Client Application
Step-by-step guide
For iPhone/iPad devices
- Tap on iPhone/iPad Settings icon.
- Scroll down the list of applications and tap on Swift Meap.
- At the Reset the application on next launch setting, slide the slider to the left (enabled).
- Exit Settings and tap on the Swift Meap application.
- Click OK on the "Swift Meap....Please restart the application" message.
- Tap on the Swift Meap application again which will prompt you to connect your date source or use the local application.
For Android Devices
- Open the Swift Meap application on the device.
- Click on the device menu button and tap on Settings.
- Tap on the Reset Application option.
- Tap on Yes when you are asked if you "Are sure you want to reset the application?" message.
- Enter your email address to activate the device.
