Resetting the Swift Meap Client Application

Step-by-step guide

For iPhone/iPad devices

  1. Tap on iPhone/iPad Settings icon. 
  2. Scroll down the list of applications and tap on Swift Meap.
  3. At the Reset the application on next launch setting, slide the slider to the left (enabled).

     

  4. Exit Settings and tap on the Swift Meap application. 
  5. Click OK on the "Swift Meap....Please restart the application" message.
  6. Tap on the Swift Meap application again which will prompt you to connect your date source or use the local application.

 

For Android Devices 

  1. Open the Swift Meap application on the device.
  2. Click on the device menu button and tap on Settings.
  3. Tap on the Reset Application option.
  4. Tap on Yes when you are asked if you "Are sure you want to reset the application?" message.
  5. Enter your email address to activate the device.
