How to Reload a Device

The reload function is used to clear a device, send a new CAD and perform an initial load to retrieve all data from the Data Source associated with a user. This is normally done following configuration changes, for example, if additional fields have been mapped to modules in the Admin application which would require a reload of all data in addition to a new configuration file.


Step-by-step guide

Use the following procedure to reload data on to user devices from the Users page:

  1. Select the check box next to each user that you want to reload data to.
  2. Move the cursor over Data Load button, then select Re Load.
  3. Select the CAD version the user should receive.
  4. Click Yes when prompted for confirmation to reload data.
