Background App Refresh for Swift MEAP will not turn off
Problem
Background Refresh setting remains set to 'ON' even after setting it to 'OFF'.
Solution
User must open the Settings -> General panel, select 'Background App Refresh', and toggle the Background App Refresh option off then on again. This will refresh the user settings options in the OS.
From here, the user may toggle the Background App Refresh option off/on for Swift MEAP™ as desired from either the Background App Refresh panel in General Settings, or from the Swift MEAP™ App Settings, found at the bottom of the Settings menu.
