Extract files for manual installation

In some cases, it may be desired to perform a manual installation of a new mobile server. For example, on a linux server without a desktop available.

An explanation of the full installation procedure is outside the scope of this document. The process described here will just create the WAR file and SQL Script files needed for installation.
