Download CRM Modules & Objects

You will need to download the available CRM modules from your Data Source to obtain the CRM Objects in each one.  You may choose to Download All CRM Modules, or  Download Selected CRM Modules.

Download All CRM Modules


This will download all available CRM modules from the Datasource.  It will also download fields of default associations supported by LNC such as Contact, Account, Campaign, Lead, Opportunity and others.

To Download All CRM Modules:
  1. Expand the Association Settings section
  2. Click on 1. CRM Objects
  3. Click on Download, and choose Download All CRM Modules


Object Fields will be visible in the view section Object Fields.


Download Selected CRM Modules


If you want to only download specific modules, you may use the Download Selected CRM Modules  to choose the specific modules in the Data Source you want available in the LNC Admin DB.


Create New Custom Object


If you find you need to have an object that is not a part of any CRM module, you may create a new Object that will only be a part of the LNC Admin DB.
