Email not appearing in the CRM after association

Problem:
You are using the Select button to link email to a CRM record but the email does not appear in CRM

Solution:
Enable Debug mode in the Settings menu and try the association again.  Take screen shots of the XML output and send to support@ienterprises.com


If the <STORAGE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED< message appears in the XML screens, the storage limit in CRM has been exceeded. Please refer to the CRM Administrator to increase storage.
