Viewing User Details

To view user details, click on the Details icon on the right side of the record you wish to view. The user details page will open and the following information is displayed in a pop up menu:

  • Email Address: This is the address used for authentication when a user activates their device for the first time.
  • Account ID: The Account ID associated with the User.
  • DS User Name: The User name in the Data Source used when activating the Device.
  • Device Type: This field specifies if the activated Device is an Android, iOS, or Blackberry.
  • OS Version: This displays the operating system version installed on the mobile device.
  • Timezone: The time zone that the user is registered in.
  • Is simulator: This indicates whether the user is using a device simulator (Yes) or an actual device (No)
  • User Last Polled On: The last Polling date for this device
  • CAD Received On: The time/date of the last CAD sent to the Device.
  • Compatibility Version: This value indicates the level of compatibility between the client and the server version. The value may be required by iEnterprises support to help in the identification of errors.
  • Created: The date and time that the user account was created. If a user is deleted from the admin console and re-activates, the creation date is reset to the most recent activation.

 

Multi User Device

On the user record, a new option labelled "Multi User Device", may be checked in the same way as Development Device.

When the device is marked as a "Multi User Device", if a user tries to reset the device and reactivate with a different user ID,  then that function will be allowed.  Otherwise, they will receive a message letting them know that their device is already registered to another user.

This is an operation that is allowed at the User Level, and will not require an Admin's intervention.
