Device Records Summary

You can review a summary of the records installed on a device. It compares the number of records in the device database, the iEnterprise Mobileâ„¢ database, and those waiting to be delivered.
To view a summary of the records held on a device:

  1. Select Handheld Data in the Navigation Menu on the left of the page.
  2. Click on Summary
  3. Click the drop down selection menu to choose the user device you wish to view.
You may also click on "Select Users" to choose multiple users at once.


The following information will be displayed:

  • ROW DATA
    • Data Source Module Name - The DS Module as the source of the Data.
    • Server Records - Number of Records that the User has been configured to receive.  See Using Download Rules
    • Delivered Records - Number of Server Records actually delivered to the Device.
    • Device Records - Records on the Device.
    • Undelivered Records - Records on server that were not delivered tot he device.
  • USER DETAIL
    • User - User Name and PIN of related Device
    • Field Value - Data Source User Name used when Device was Registered.
    • CAD Status - Version, and delivery status of the CAD
    • Language - Language used for Device, based on DS User Information.
    • User Last Polled On - Last Polling date of the User.
    • Ping Status - Results of the last Ping for the Device.
  • SERVER RECORDS CHART
    • Shows each DS Module and the number of records on the Server per Module as relates to the User
  • DEVICE RECORDS CHART
    • Shows each DS Module and the number of records on the Device per Module as relates to the User
