Viewing Individual Device Records

To view individual records held on a mobile device:

  1. Select Handheld Data in the Navigation Menu on the left of the page.
  2. Select a module in the Navigation Menu that you wish to view record details for.
  3. The display changes to show detailed record information. Use the Search Feature to locate a specific device or record (Data Source ID).


The fields displayed are as follows:

Field

Description

User ID

Displays the User Login Email Address used. Example: Jmon@SwMTest.net

Data Source ID

The Data Source identification number associated with the record. Can be selected to view details on that record.

Operation

Displays how the record was installed on the user device, it can contain one of the following status codes:

  • LookUpDownload: The user performed a look up and then downloaded the record from the Data Source.
  • Manual Reload/Replace Load: Administrator loaded data using the Replace Load feature.
  • Auto InitLoad: Device connected to the server for the first time or reset the device and the initial load procedure was automatically invoked.
  • Manual InitLoad: Administrator sent an initial data load request to the device.
  • GetUpdates New: Data was delivered using the get updates task.
  • Created from Device: Record was created on the mobile device by the user.
  • Manual ReplaceLoad: Indicates that the administrator reloaded the data.

Is Delivered

Indicates whether the record was successfully delivered to the user device, it can contain one of the following:

  • Yes: Record was successfully delivered.
  • No: Record has not been delivered. This could indicate an error with transmission, the record is queued for download or that the device has not yet connected and synchronized.

Updated On

The date and time that the record was updated. If no changes have been made, this will be the same date and time as the created field.

Created On

Displays the time the record was created on the device.

Request DataSends a request to the Device for the Data
