Viewing Record Details in Handheld Data

Records are listed using their individual Data Source ID within the Handheld Data section. You can choose to view the details of each individual record from the Handheld Data view.

To view Data Source ID detailed information:

  1. Select Handheld Data in the Navigation Menu on the left of the page.
  2. Select a module in the Navigation Menu that you wish to view record details for.
  3. Display changes to display detailed record information.
  4. Click on the Data Source ID field in the Handheld Data View.
  5. If required, you can navigate back to the list of records using the Internet browser's back button.

 

The information displayed will vary depending on the module selected.
