Calendar and Task Sync
Using this feature, Administrators can control and override users' Calendar/Task Sync settings in their mail file.
Select the users from the user view and select the value using the Sync drop down menu:
- Sync -> Enable: The Scheduled Agent in the user's mail file will be enabled and will run on scheduled basis on user's mail file. When enabled, the following status is displayed in the user's LNC Settings:
- Sync -> Disable: This will disable Schedule Sync option in the Lotus Notes Connector for the selected user. When disabled, the following status is displayed in the user's LNC Settings:
The user can always click on Sync Now to run the sync immediately from their mail file.
Important – Scheduled Sync from Admin Database won't run if:
User is not activated
User is not enabled
Admin Database is not signed. The id used to sign the database must have at least Designer access to every user's mail file on the server.
