Moving Data from One Device to Another

You can move data from one device to another if a user is replacing the device they currently use. Each device is identified as a separate user in the Admin application, you can identify a device using the PIN column of the User page.
To move data from one device to another from the Users page:

1. Move the cursor over Data Load button, then select Replace Load.
2. On the Replace Load page that opens, do the following:
   1. Use the Source User list to select the device whose data you want to move to another device.
   2. Use the Destination User list to select the device whose data you want to replace.
3. Click Submit.

Once the move has been completed, you should manually clear and remove the old user device from the iEnterprise Mobile server when this task is complete. To remove a user, follow the procedure discussed in Removing Users.
