Starting The Admin Application
To log into the Admin application, a URL for the application must have been set up. This step is part of the installation process and should have been given to you by the installation engineer.
If the iEnterprise Mobile™ Admin application URL is unknown, please contact your manager, company administrator or installation engineer for the Admin application URL.
The Admin Application is supported for Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer v9+. Other browsers may also work, but formatting errors may occur and some functions may not work correctly on mobile devices.
To start the Admin application:
- Open a Web browser.
- Enter the Admin application URL address to access the login screen, for example: http://www.company.com/MobileServer
- Enter the user name and password to log in to the Admin application, for example:
- Username: admin
- Password: admin
- Click Login.
If this is the first time you are logging in, then you must accept the license agreement before you can start using the Admin application. Once accepted, the license key will be activated.
