Login to CRM
How to Login to your CRM* from the Add-in
Valid credentials to your CRM* is a requirement:
1. On Outlook, you will see the login page (this displays when you first installed the add-in or you have previously logged-out).
Select a Language if desired
2. a. For Dynamics 365 Connector:
Enter your Dynamics 365 URL, it is the URL shown after logging in as normal using a browser. It is in the format https://org1234567.crm.dynamics.com/ (anything after the .com can be ignored).
Click Connect Now button (a dialog box opens).
Enter the Username
Enter the Password
3. The main add-in screen opens
