Email Merge

The email templates in your CRM are accessible via the Connector.  This is particularly helpful for quick replies especially from your mobile device.


How to use Templates

1.  On Outlook, go to your Inbox.

2.  Select an email.

3.  Click Compose Email Using Template link.  

4.  From the dialog box, enter a string to search or select a template from list.

5.  Click Compose Email button on.

6.  An email form opens for the selected Contact or Lead with the template details.

7.   Update as desired or Send email.


Only templates on Salesforce Lightning is supported, Classic is not supported.

If your CRM does not have API access to templates, then this feature is not available for you.
