Depending on the type of data being displayed, links are available in the application and are highlighted in blue. Selecting a link will perform an action (depending on device and type of link). Typically, these actions are:

  • Phone numbers – Message, Call (Phone only), SMS (Phone only)
  • Email addresses – Mail. You may be asked which mail application you prefer
  • Website addresses – Launch website browser (preview) in current application

If more than one option is available, a dialog box will be displayed asking you which action you wish to perform.

When launching some external applications for the first time, you may be prompted to select which application you wish to use.  Selecting "Always" will remember your choice and use the application selected to open webpages whenever launched from Swift MEAP™, selecting "Just once" will prompt you every time that an external application is launched:
