Question

Can we do reporting such as Customers with overdue payments on QuickBooks

Answer

iCRM does not have that functionality as the integration aims to help you manage communications with your Leads and Customers up to creating an Invoice for them. Then have transactions on QB to be viewable from iCRM for that specific customer. Functions like payments, accounting and reporting must be done on QB as this involves more confidential and secured transactions.
