 What CRM does the Email Connector Add-on support?

iEnterprise Email Connector for Gmail is a Google Add-on and can easily be installed by downloading the application from the GSuite Marketplace.

The published versions support datasources iEnterprise CRM, Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics 365, SugarCRM and Oracle Sales Cloud.

 Is the add-on available on iOS

The Connector is available on your iPhone.

Google does not support add-ons on iPad at this time

 Is the add-on available on Android

Yes, if is available on your Andriod phone.

 Does my Dynamics on premise need to be whitelisted?

No need to whitelist, just use the base URL from the URL field and click Connect.
