Modifying And Deleting Conditional Keywords
You can modify the individual fields associated within conditional lists using the following procedure:
- Select the Keyword that the conditional list is dependent upon, as described it step 2 of Creating Conditional Keywords.
- Click on the ConditionalKeywords button to display the conditional keywords menu.
To remove a field from the list:
- Highlight it in the Conditional Keyword Items column.
- Click on the << arrow to move it from the conditional list.
- To add a field to the list:
- Highlight it in the Keyword Items column.
- Click on the >> arrow to move it into the Conditional Keyword Items column
- Click on the Update button and select Yes to confirm changes.
To completely remove a keyword list:
- Select the Keyword that the conditional list is dependent upon, as described it step 2 of Creating Conditional Keywords.
- Move the cursor over the Remove button and select Conditional Keyword.
- Click Yes to confirm.
This does not remove the list completely, it removes the conditional attribute. The list becomes a standard Keyword List.
To remove all fields associated with a particular item:
- Select the Keyword that the conditional list is dependent upon, as described it step 2 of Creating Conditional Keywords.
- Move the cursor over the Remove button and select Conditional Keyword.
- Click Yes to confirm.
This will remove all fields from being associated with the Keyword Item selected.
