Contains a list of records that were transmitted to a device as a result of a lookup request.
Key columns in the Download report are:

  • User: The registered user of that device.
  • Download ID: The record ID that was delivered.
  • Download Status: Displays the status of the download as PENDING, DELIVERED, or FAILED
  • Updated: The Time/Date stamp of the last Download Status.
  • Created: Creation date of the Download entry.

 

Clicking the 'More Details' button will display a list of Device-Specific information including CAD, Language, and Last Polling Date.
